84 Percent was born after Janita very kindly offered to host a site for my brushes. Isn't she generous? Previously they were kept on my domain, then on a resource site shared with Liajedi, but I was forced to remove them as my bandwidth was being eaten up.

As for the name... it doesn't really mean anything, other than the 84 comes from the year I was born in.
